Job summary

Martin Packaging, based in Dublin, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our on-site team. You will unload deliveries, receive and organize stock, and prepare goods for dispatch. You will operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery in line with health and safety rules, maintain a clean work area, and assist with inventory checks to help meet daily targets.

The role requires physical tasks and flexibility to work across shifts in a fast-paced environment at our Dublin facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in unloading and material handling in a warehouse setting.
• Proven ability to pack products and prepare orders for shipment.
• Certified forklift operator or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution is beneficial.
• Capable of following instructions and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description

The Warehouse Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin. This role is responsible for unloading deliveries, receiving and organizing stock, and ensuring materials are stored safely and efficiently. Daily activities include packing orders according to specifications, preparing goods for dispatch, and performing material handling tasks using manual and powered equipment. The Warehouse Operator will operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery in compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations. The role also involves maintaining a clean, orderly work area, conducting basic inventory checks, and supporting colleagues to meet operational targets.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in unloading goods and general material handling.
• Experience with packing products and preparing orders for shipment.
• Proficiency in forklift operation and use of other warehouse equipment, with relevant certification preferred.
• Sound understanding of health & safety practices, including manual handling and safe operation of machinery.
