Job summary

Haleon plc. in Dungarvan is seeking a Warehouse Operator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will perform daily warehousing tasks using forklifts and handling equipment, while ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include inventory movement, goods reception, labeling, cycle counts, and support for high-volume manufacturing. The role emphasizes accurate data entry and adherence to site SOPs and EH&S standards.

• Knowledge of GMP, EHS, Quality procedures and HAPS Basics.
• Min 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process goods in receivals.
• Receipt and labelling of finished products.
• Export of finished products.
• Maintain accurate inventory systems.
• Cycle counting.

• Check near expiry, orders for delivery, and status of goods in system.
• Replenishment of material when items are low.
• Ensure proper labeling and disposal of rejected material.

Warehouse Operator (6 Months Fixed Term)

In this role you will…

• Daily use of warehouse tools (forklift, power pallet truck and hand truck) to complete tasks whist adhering to safety regulations.
• Operations associated with Inventory movement to support internal & external customer service. This would include but not limited to:
• Processing goods in receivals,
• Selection and transfer of materials for downstream consumption.
• Receipt and labelling of finished products.
• Export of finished products.
• Maintenance of accurate Inventory systems.
• Cycle Counting.
• Activity to support High Volume Manufacturing work centres.
• Check near expiry, orders for delivery, and status of goods in system.
• Replenishment of material when items are low.
• Ensure only clean and properly labelled materials are issued to production and that all rejected material are promptly treated and disposal taken in line with standard operating procedures
• Ensure prompt data entry input for the receipt, inspection, and issuance of raw and packaging materials
• Ensure immediate posting of all stock transaction documents so they reflect the true inventory balances

Why you?

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• Completion of Leaving Certificate.
• Knowledge of GMP, EHS, Quality procedures and HAPS Basics.
• Min 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse environment is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Forklift and power pallet truck driving experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of all risks associated with/in a warehouse environment.
• Maintenance of GMP standards, knowledge of site SOPs, experience in performing duties in a compliant manner in accordance with site SOP’s, GSK EHS standards, guidelines and legal requirements.
• Knowledge and use of RF scanners for MERP software transactions.

EUR 34,164.00 - EUR 46,975.50

The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations.

Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
