Job summary

Noel Group in Dublin North is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehousing operations, ensure efficiency, accuracy and safety, and drive customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage staff, coordinate with transport and customs, oversee stock control, invoicing accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives across a busy distribution facility in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proven stock management and inventory control experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Cross-docking experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, budget compliance and profitability.
• Organise and oversee shift activities and support senior management requests.
• Lead, motivate, train and develop warehouse staff to maximise productivity and safety.
• Manage relationships with other departments including transport and customs.
• Ensure accurate customer invoicing and identify opportunities to maximise warehouse revenue.
• Maintain warehouse security procedures and health & safety standards.
• Oversee measurement of freight and ensure documentation is updated.
