Job summary

Noel Group, based in North Dublin, is seeking an experienced warehouse operative for a morning/day shift. You will be responsible for receiving, storing and dispatching goods with a focus on accuracy, safety and productivity.

The role requires lifting, manual handling, and the use of stock systems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in warehousing, good communication, teamwork, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Conducting stock checks and inventory control
• Maintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Reporting damages, shortages, or quality issues

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
