Job summary

Masterlink Logistics Ltd. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager in Dublin to oversee the overall operation of the warehouse, coordinate daily activities and drive performance across stock control, health and safety, and team development.

You will liaise with production, maintenance and sales to align material requirements with production schedules while implementing efficient storage, allocation and reporting processes to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop a warehouse team.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements in a warehouse.

Job Description

Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of the warehouse, including the planning and coordination of daily activities, management and development of warehouse personnel, stock control, equipment, health and safety, quality, and operational performance.

Main duties: Liaising with production, maintenance, sales and other departments to determine the materials and other items required for current and future production schedules and sales commitments. Reviewing, developing and implementing stock control, handling and distribution policies to make the best use of space, budget, labour and other resources. Advising the purchasing department on the type, quality and quantity of goods required and the dates by which they must be available. Preparing reports on expenditure and advising on materials and parts standardisation, future stores and stock control policies. Deciding on storage conditions for particular items, allocating warehouse space and arranging regular stock inspections to detect deterioration or damage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' previous warehouse management or supervisory experience is essential.
