Job summary

Kepak Group is seeking a Warehouse General Operator in Ireland. The role involves scanning and wrapping boxes, moving pallets with a Power Pallet Truck, and liaising with internal customers in a fast-paced production environment.

Full training will be provided; the position offers permanent employment, on-site parking, and career progression within Kepak's manufacturing operations. Note that the factory is not easily accessible by public transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
• Power Pallet Truck experience is beneficial, but training will be provided.
• Good character, hardworking and self-driven; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are actively looking for a Warehouse General Operator to join our team.

Working week Monday – Friday 7 am to 4:30 pm with occasional Saturday work.

What to expect in the job?

• Scanning and wrapping boxes from Production
• Moving pallets with a Pow Pallet Truck
• Liaising with internal customers
• Ensuring Health & Safety standards are followed at all times
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy
• Monitoring and controlling the movement of trays and pallets

What we need from you?

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is highly beneficial but not essential
• Power Pallet Truck experience is beneficial, but training will be provided
• Each candidate must be of good character, hardworking and self-driven
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to use your own initiative
• Be flexible with working hours
• Willingness to learn and assist with additional tasks as needed
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Attention to detail
