Job summary

Kepak Group in Ireland is hiring a Warehouse General Operator to support production and logistics. You will scan and wrap boxes, move pallets using a Pow Pallet Truck, liaise with internal customers, and help maintain health and safety standards on site.

We offer a permanent contract, full training, staff discounts on Kepak products, free on-site parking, and ongoing recognition programs. Note: the factory is not easily accessible by public transport.

Qualifications

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Effective communication and ability to work within a team.
• Be flexible with working hours and able to use own initiative.

Working week: Monday – Thursday and Saturday, 4 pm to 2:00 am.

What to expect in the job?

• Scanning and wrapping boxes from Production


• Moving pallets with a Pow Pallet Truck


• Liaising with internal customers


• Ensuring Health & Safety standards are followed at all times


• Keeping the work area clean and tidy


• Monitoring and controlling the movement of trays and pallets

What we need from you?

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is highly beneficial but not essential


• Power Pallet Truck experience is beneficial, but training will be provided


• Each candidate must be of good character, hardworking and self-driven


• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Be able to use your own initiative


• Be flexible with working hours


• Willingness to learn and assist with additional tasks as needed


• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
