Job summary

Manpower - Ireland in Oranmore, Co. Galway, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to enter inventory receipts into the ERP system, move stock to locations, and issue raw materials to work orders. Hours are 7:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday, under a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will post issues in the system, maintain packing slips, and support bi-weekly cycle counts. Proficiency with PC and ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards) is preferred; travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Enter all inventory receipts into the software system.
• Move inventory to locations and issue raw material to work orders.
• Post issues on current system for material requisitioned to routers.
• Maintain packing slips and receiving receipts.
• Run bi-weekly cycle counts and enter corrected data for inventory adjustments.
• Communicate with planners and purchasing on receipt issues and due dates.
• Resolve system errors related to department activity.
• Handle shipping and receipt function associated with OSP.

Job Summary

Responsible for entering all inventory receipts into the software system. Move inventory to locations and issue raw material to work orders on current operating System.

Hours of work - 7.00am - 3.00pm ( Monday - Friday) Contract - 6 month Fixed term contact Location - Oranmore, Galway

General Functions

• Responsible for keying accurate information from packaging slips and getting receiving inspection. Report back to receiving in a timely manner.
• Responsible for posting issues on current system for material requisitioned to routers.
• Responsible for moving incoming inventory into a location on the current system.
• Maintain accurate and up to date filling of all packing slips. Receiving receipt tickets and material requisition cards.
• Responsible for running bi-weekly cycle counts and entering corrected data for inventory adjustments.
• Responsible for communicating with planners and purchasing when there is a problem with a receipt , such as quantity or due date, and follow up.
• Responsible for problem resolution related to a system generated error as it relates to department activity.
• Responsible for the shipping and receipt function associated with OSP.
