Job summary

Conaty Food & Catering Supplies in Ireland seeks an Inventory Control Warehouse Operative to perform counts and stock checks within the inventory team, covering warehouse, fridge and freezer areas. This is a permanent, full-time on-site role reporting to the warehouse supervisor.

Hours are 6am–3pm, Monday to Saturday with a set day off midweek. The successful candidate will have accuracy, attention to detail and prior warehouse stock control experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• High level of accuracy/attention to detail required.
• Experience with stock control systems or uploading to stock control systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily counting throughout our zones.
• Carry out date checks, product checks and labelling.
• Assist & carry out and report on reconciliations.
• Upload information to the stock control system.
• Ad hoc warehouse and inventory tasks as assigned by the warehouse.
• Investigating, identifying and processing back-order issues and solutions.

Conaty Food & Catering Supplies, one of Ireland's leading catering suppliers to the hospitality industry, is looking for a dedicated Inventory Control Warehouse Operative to carry out counts and stock checks within the inventory team. The role encompasses all areas of our business including warehouse, fridge and freezer and requires good attention to detail.

Hours of work:

This is a Monday to Saturday role, with a set day off midweek.

6am- 3pm.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Daily counting throughout our zones

Carry out date checks, product checks and labelling

Assist & carry out and report on reconciliations

Upload information to the stock control system

Ad hoc warehouse and inventory tasks as assigned by the warehouse

Investigating, identifying and processing back-order issues and solutions
