CREGG Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative/Inventory Clerk in Parkmore, Galway. The role involves receiving goods, correct storage, and accurate inventory management using ERP and Factory Track systems.

Key requirements include GMP knowledge, ERP experience, forklift competence, and strong numerical and PC skills. The position is full-time, 38.5 hours weekly, with a probationary period of 11 months and permanent status thereafter.

Formación

CREGG Recruitment are looking for a full time Warehouse Operative/Inventory Clerk in Parkmore, Galway.

Our client is a manufacturing company specialized in production of electronics and medical components.

Job description –Warehouse Operative/Inventory Clerk:

• Responsible for the receiving and identifying of incoming goods.
• Responsible for the proper running and layout of stores
• Responsible for ensuring that all stored material is properly identified and located.
• Responsible for the stock rotation and cycle counting.
• Responsible for stores housekeeping.
• Responsible for use of ERP system & Factory Track system transactions.

Hours of Work:

• Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30
• Friday, 08:00 – 15:00
• Total 38.5 hours per week

Rate of Pay:

• €15.45per hour

Job requirements – Warehouse Operative/Inventory Clerk:

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience driving forklifts – required.
• Ability to work well with others and pay attention to detail.
• Sound decision making and organizational skills.
• Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System.
• Good numerical skills.
• Strong PC Skills (word, excel).

Contract Type:

• Full time (39 hours per week)
• Permanent (after successful 11 month probation)
