Job summary

Anduril Industries Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Dublin-based Production Team. You will manage receipt, storage, and shipment of products, while maintaining accurate inventory using Excel and warehouse systems.

This role requires clear communication and a methodical approach in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting shipments, verifying serials/CoCs, picking orders, performing cycle counts, and generating inventory reports

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a warehouse or logistics coordinator or equivalent role.
• Good attention to detail and clear communication.
• ERP experience and ERP/warehouse tooling familiarity (SAP/Oracle).
• Knowledge of bar coding and manual handling training.
• CPIM certification and experience in electronics/ESD handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments; verify contents against purchase orders.
• Verify MPN/serials, check TAAs and CoCs.
• Efficiently pick and document orders for fulfilment.
• Track inventory with Excel and warehouse systems; cycle counts.
• Generate inventory reports to support management decisions.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and adhere to protocols.
• Communicate with team and production on material flow.
• Collaborate to drive process improvements and resolve PO receiving issues.
