Job summary

Actylis in Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee all warehouse activities across the business using the ERP system, ensuring orders are prepared and dispatched promptly, and maintaining GMP standards. You will manage stock takes, hygiene standards, safe storage, and accurate documentation, coordinating with production and logistics to keep materials flowing and compliant.

Experience in logistics, GMP knowledge, and 2+ years in warehousing are preferred; a degree in logistics is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• GMP knowledge and health, safety regulations.
• Lean six sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Maintenance: manage stock, labeling, hygiene and safety, and cleaning records.
• Logistics & Inventory: receipt/inspection, stock control, and coordination of supply chain.
• Shipping: prepare orders, write shipping docs, load/unload deliveries, maintain records.
• Production: prepare raw material batches and route materials to departments.
• Audits: accompany third party auditors/inspectors.
