Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Ireland invites a seasoned Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives within Operations, Outsourcing and Technology (OOT). You will work directly with senior leaders, influence decisions, and coordinate global teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan, execute, and close projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver programs on time and within budget. This role requires PMP or equivalent, exceptional English communication, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Extensive financial services expertise across global teams.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional programs.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of JPMSE Governance and Strategy for OOT to ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of key projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and governance structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and leverage internal resources.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs aligned with objectives.
• Track performance and ensure completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Prepare and deliver updates and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; escalate as needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, with high quality.
