Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Dublin is seeking a Solutions Associate in the Client Solutions team to ensure deals are executed and onboarded efficiently, maximizing revenue opportunities.

You will manage new and incremental deals, coordinate virtual teams across Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology, and act as the client-facing lead, aligning structure and requirements while driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Self-starter capable of working in a pressurized environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with project management and leading virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• 'Best in Class' Implementation client experience
• Take responsibility for the implementation of deals, from start to completion
• Deliver Project management of virtual teams across Sales, Product, Operations, Technology
• Act as the face to the client, agreeing structure, requirements and operating models, with regular updates
• Support sales process including RFPs and client pitches
• Communicate with Senior Sponsors and key Stakeholders
• Manage project plans, issues logs and status reports
• Identify and resolve issues and risks to sustain project direction
• Ensure smooth transition to BAU with zero issues
• Identify process improvements and own their execution
• Keep product and regulatory knowledge current
