Job summary

You will coordinate multiple sub-projects, manage milestones, and report progress to the Ireland SLT and external stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, budget oversight, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale programmes with multiple sub-projects.
• Strong ability to communicate programme status and risks to site, global and customer levels.
• Experience managing budgets and CapEx reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high performing team delivering large-scale programmes with several sub-projects.
• Communicate programme status, risks and success to area managers and stakeholders.
• Provide best-in-class service representing PCI in engagement including on-site reviews.
• Define programme strategy, scope and objectives with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and track completion of tasks.
• Monitor capital budgets and report CapEx status and realized benefits.
• Prioritise delivery for PCI’s global client base with focus on quality and OTIF.
• Identify improvements and harmonise ways of working across sites.
• Lead teams from concept to handover and manage change controls.
