Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Ireland is seeking a Programme Manager within the Strategic Projects function to lead a large-scale programme with several sub-projects, across site, global and customer levels.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent coordination, risk management, and the ability to escalate issues as needed, while delivering projects on time and within budget. Travel may be required to vendor or customer sites, and you will report to the Site Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high performing team of individuals from various backgrounds within the business to deliver large scale high value programmes each consisting of several sub-projects.
• Communicate regularly and effectively within the business ensuring all area managers are kept informed of the programme status, risks and success.
• Provide best in class service to our customers representing PCI in all engagement including on-site project reviews and steering meetings.
• Work closely with the Programme sponsor and cross functional teams to define the programme strategy, scope and objectives.
• Set milestone targets for the team to deliver upon.
• Working cross-functionally, coordinate and evaluate resources assigned to ensure there is appropriate resource within each team and that tasks are appropriately delegated and tracked to completion.
