Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search partners with a leading aircraft leasing firm to recruit a VP of Contracts Management. The role covers end-to-end administration of executed leases, including set‑up in LeasePoint, rent and guarantees, and reporting on receivables and lessee risk for management, lenders and boards.

You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Technical and Risk, and engage with airline customers, brokers and servicers to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in contract management, lease administration or receivables in aircraft leasing.
• Strong knowledge of operating-lease provisions: rent, reserves, deposits, letters of credit, insurance, late-interest, events of default.
• Experience using LeasePoint; advanced Excel; Power BI advantageous.
• Aviation insurance knowledge incl hull, war-risk, contingent cover; ABS/lender reporting beneficial.
• Excellent accuracy, organisation and judgement; able to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Confident, commercially astute communicator; pursue overdue payments with airline customers and brief senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with sound judgement and issue resolution.
• Autonomous work style, ownership of outcomes, meticulous attention to detail.
• Degree in finance, accounting, business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease set‑up and administration: ensure leases and related documents are accurately entered in LeasePoint with rents, reserves, deposits, letters of credit, guarantees and key dates.
• Maintain contract records through deliveries, rent adjustments, restructurings, deferrals, extensions, redeliveries and aircraft sales.
• Own contract and receivables data quality; liaise with IT and BI teams to resolve issues in LeasePoint and Power BI reports.
• Maintain audit-ready records and respond to auditor queries and balance confirmations.
• Lead monthly billing cycle for rent and maintenance reserves; oversee all invoicing (LOIs, deposits, delivery rents, late charges, credit notes) and ensure approvals.
• Collaborate with Finance to allocate lessee receipts and investigate unidentified payments with banks and facility servicers.
• Manage collection of overdue balances directly with lessees; prepare statements and input for default notices.
• Lead month-end arrears close and present receivables position at weekly meetings and monthly regional ops meetings.
• Oversee lessee insurance compliance; coordinate annual fleet insurance renewal and support claims to final settlement.
• Work with Risk for lessee financial statements and covenants; monitor know-your-catient and sanctions checks with Legal as needed.
• Prepare monthly servicer and lender reporting for ABS and loan facilities; provide receipts forecasts; respond to rating agency/investor requests.
• Prepare board materials on billings, collections and portfolio performance; maintain counterparty risk model with Risk VP; support restructurings.
