Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search partners with a aircraft leasing group in Dublin to fill a newly created corporate finance role reporting to the CFO. The role supports group strategy by providing insights to guide decision-making and corporate finance objectives.

The role will suit a high performing & commercial individual with proven drive and exceptional financial modelling skills. You will manage debt structuring, liquidity planning and negotiate with banks to obtain optimal financing terms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Aircraft Leasing.
• Pricing, Corporate Finance or Debt Structuring experience.
• Expert in Financial Modelling and Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt structuring and refinancing initiatives.
• Ensure working capital to fund obligations and manage cash flows.

Reporting to the CFO, this role supports group strategy by providing insights to guide decision -making and corporate finance objectives.

The role will suit a high performing & commercial individual with proven drive, ambition, and

exceptional financial modelling skills.

Debt Structuring:

• Manage debt structuring as well as refinancing initiatives.

Liquidity Management:

• Ensure sufficient working capital to fund the company’s financial obligations and manage cash inflows and outflows.

Negotiation

• Negotiate with banks and other debt providers in a positive and constructive manner to obtain optimal financing terms for the business.
• Work closely with commercial teams to evaluate debt assumptions /terms on potential acquisition, sale and lease transactions

Relationship Management:

• Support the development of long term relationships with its debt financing providers including banks, institutional investors and capital market investors as well as rating agencies.
• Model various scenarios and evaluate multiple debt options to determine the optimal funding solutions for the business & develop long term funding plan.

Compliance:

• Oversee the compliance of the company’s obligations under the terms of its various debt arrangements, including loan covenants and reporting requirements.
• Identify and mitigate interest rate risk through the use of derivative financial instruments such as swaps, caps, collars etc.

Balance Sheet Management

• Analyse and advise on appropriate strategies to manage any long-term mismatches between aircraft lease terms and the related funding.
