Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search partners with a global aircraft leasing leader to recruit a Contracts Manager for the contracts team. The role oversees invoicing, journals, receivables, and compliance across lease, finance, and credit arrangements, ensuring timely payments and accurate reporting.

You will liaise with airlines and investors, manage CMS data, and support ad-hoc transactions. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in contracts management within aircraft leasing and can navigate complex lease

Qualifications

• 2-5 years contracts management experience in aircraft leasing is required.
• Strong understanding of lease, finance and credit arrangements.
• Ability to manage complex invoicing and payment workflows.
• Experience in CMS data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent and maintenance reserve invoices and monitor and record payment obligations.
• Manage journals for Lease rentals and Maintenance reserves.
• Collect receivables and check outstanding payments, send demand letters and notices of default, reconcile deposits and lease payments.
• Review late interest calculations and invoicing.
• Monitor lease/purchase/sale stipulations and keep track of critical events to ensure compliance with aircraft agreements and related obligations.
• Monitor Letter of Credits and arrange drawdown as appropriate.
• Interface with airline clients, prepare, collect, and reconcile outstanding receivables to ensure delivery and redelivery of aircraft per contracts.
• Capture and manage integrity of lease information in the CMS and make data available companywide.
• Prepare and distribute lease/portfolio information reports.
• Update Investors and Debt providers on Lessee performance.
• Review and enter loan schedules, including internal shareholder loans.
• Review and input debt covenants and flag event dates in the diary system.
• Ensure all journals for debt and accrued interest are exported to SUN.
• Manage ad-hoc special transactions
