Le Meas Executive Search partners with a aircraft leasing group in Dublin to fill a newly created corporate finance role reporting to the CFO. The role supports group strategy by providing insights to guide decision-making and corporate finance objectives.

The role will suit a high performing & commercial individual with proven drive and exceptional financial modelling skills. You will manage debt structuring, liquidity planning and negotiate with banks to obtain optimal financing terms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Aircraft Leasing.
• Pricing, Corporate Finance or Debt Structuring experience.
• Expert in Financial Modelling and Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt structuring and refinancing initiatives.
• Ensure working capital to fund obligations and manage cash flows.
• Negotiate with banks and debt providers for optimal financing terms.
• Develop long-term relationships with debt providers and rating agencies.
• Oversee compliance with loan covenants and reporting requirements.
• Analyse and advise on strategies to align lease terms with funding.
