Job summary

BNY in Dublin is seeking a Senior Specialist to join the Corporate Trust, Client Service team. You will oversee Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs) and loan portfolios, ensuring high client experience levels and timely execution with accurate reporting.

Collaborate with Front Office managers, participate in client meetings, and train the support team on deal requirements. Drive process improvements and maintain robust risk controls across global partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Trust or related in financial markets/securities industry (with specific experience in the role of facility/security agent)

Responsibilities

• Oversee CLOs and loan portfolios to maintain high client experience levels.
• Manage cash and trade oversight; ensure timely client execution and reporting on portfolio performance.
• Engage with Front Office Relationship Managers and lead escalation for complex issues.
• Attend client meetings, produce minutes, and ensure follow-up items are closed.
• Develop relationships with partners and support teams to standardize processes and improve controls.
