Job summary

HarbourVest Partners in Dublin seeks a Vice President, Client Onboarding to lead the onboarding team across HarbourVest’s fund products for institutional and private wealth clients. • Strong knowledge of private markets, alternative investments, or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide the Client Onboarding team, delivering coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
• Manage daily onboarding processes for institutional and private wealth investors with HarbourVest’s fund products.
• Ensure onboarding activities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and within timelines.
• Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and performance metrics.
• Serve as a resource for complex onboarding issues, partner concerns, and operational challenges.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with Investor Relations, Investments, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Marketing, and Custom Solutions.
• Review onboarding activities to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, risk mitigation, and service quality.
• Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and dashboards to monitor outcomes.
• Manage relationships with third-party administrators and external service providers.
• Act as main point of contact for issues, exception processing, and new product launches.
