Job summary

Vodafone - Kelco Communications Ltd in Westport is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Vodafone retail store and drive strong sales performance on a daily basis.

You will own the store’s results, develop the team to deliver outstanding customer service, meet targets and maintain high operational standards while embedding a proactive, customer-focused culture across the shop floor.

Availability: Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm

Salary: €15.15ph + uncapped monthly commission

Job Type: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

About The Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store’s performance, leading and developing the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

You’ll be responsible for creating a positive and high-performing store environment, ensuring operational standards are maintained, and supporting your team to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store sales performance and consistently drive the achievement of targets and KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to maximise individual and store performance.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high operational and compliance standards are maintained.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and support the ongoing development of new and existing team members.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally.
• Manage store presentation, stock and operational processes in line with company standards.
• Lead by example, actively engaging with customers and contributing to sales on the shop floor.
