Job summary

Vodafone - Kelco Communications Ltd in Westport is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Vodafone retail store and drive strong sales performance on a daily basis.

You will own the store’s results, develop the team to deliver outstanding customer service, meet targets and maintain high operational standards while embedding a proactive, customer-focused culture across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales targets.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff for performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store sales performance and drive targets.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to maximise performance.
• Manage day-to-day store operations to maintain standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for development.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and handle escalated queries or complaints.
• Manage store presentation, stock and processes in line with company standards.
• Lead by example and engage with customers on the shop floor.
