Job summary

Kelco Communications Ltd is hiring an experienced Store Manager for our Vodafone retail store in Westport. You will take ownership of the store's performance, lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

You'll oversee daily operations, maintain high standards, coach staff, and ensure a standout customer experience on the shop floor. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a €15.15/hour base and uncapped monthly commission.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store sales performance and consistently drive the achievement of targets and KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to maximise individual and store performance.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high operational and compliance standards are maintained.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and support the ongoing development of new and existing team members.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally.
• Manage store presentation, stock and operational processes in line with company standards.
• Lead by example, actively engaging with customers and contributing to sales on the shop floor.
