Vodafone - Kelco Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for our Ballybofey, Co. Donegal store. Working hours are 10:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday, with a full-time 37.5 hour contract and €14.45 per hour plus uncapped commission and incentives.

You will be the face of Vodafone, helping customers choose the best solutions and contributing to store targets. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach, weekend availability, and teamwork to drive sales and store success.

About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Adviser in our bustling store, you'll be the face of Vodafone, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Vodafone products and services. You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs and confidently offer the best solutions. Additionally, you'll contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the store, while keeping track of sales performance and targets. Adherence to company policies and compliance with contracts is crucial. The store operates Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is essential.
