Job summary

Kelco Communications Ltd is hiring a Vodafone Retail Sales Adviser for our Tower House, Co. Galway store. You will be the face of Vodafone, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and help customers choose the best solutions.

This full-time role offers a 37.5-hour week with pay of €14.45 per hour plus uncapped commission and incentives. Weekend availability is required, and you will contribute to meeting store targets through teamwork and excellent customer service.

Contract:37.5hrs - Full Time

About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Adviser in our bustling store, you'll be the face of Vodafone, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Vodafone products and services. You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs and confidently offer the best solutions. Additionally, you'll contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the store, while keeping track of sales performance and targets. Adherence to company policies and compliance with contracts is crucial. The store operates Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is essential. Teamwork is key—support your colleagues because together, we can achieve great things!
