Job summary
KKR's ADAPT team is seeking a Vice President, Platform Engineering to lead the AWS-native platform and integration fabric across Atlassian and ServiceNow. This hands-on leadership role owns strategy and delivery for developer-facing services and automation that boost engineering velocity.
You will mentor a global team, partner with Cybersecurity, and set standards for platform engineering, governance, and observability while driving multi-year roadmaps and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in platform engineering or cloud/integration roles.
- Experience with AWS and Terraform and strong software engineering background.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise integrations across Atlassian and ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Own multi-year roadmap for the ADAPT platform and its AWS-native services.
- Lead design, build, and operation of secure, scalable AWS foundations.
- Oversee Jira/JSM/Confluence and ServiceNow platform administration and governance.
- Architect enterprise integrations between AWS, Atlassian, ServiceNow, and other SaaS.
- Mentor a global team of engineers and promote modern platform engineering practices.
