Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group in Cork seeks a dedicated team member for Clearstream Fund Services. You will act as the primary contact for clients on Investment Funds operations and Vestima-related queries, aiming to reduce risk and enhance client relationships through accuracy and proactive service.

Full training provided, with high emphasis on cross-training to meet client requirements and foster continuous learning in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Administration experience in a financial environment is preferred.
• Excellent telephone, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with high-volume calls to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German and/or French are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Clients and Transfer Agents using Vestima.
• Investigate order failures and rejections and replace deals before fund cut off.
• Ensure positive outcomes in the Fund order cycle (missing contract notes, cash and stock settlement).
• Collaborate with Investment Funds teams in different locations.
• Support other tasks related to IFS projects.
