• System Testing: Execute and coordinate internal and external testing of system functionalities to ensure smooth go-live and operational readiness
• Serve as a reliable operational bridge between internal teams (IT, Product Management, operational units) and external stakeholders/clients throughout project phases
• Perform customer and operational data setup and maintenance with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks, issue tracking, and documentation to support the ongoing strategic initiative

Within this ecosystem, the Vestima Service Design and Implementation Team sits right at the heart of Global Fund Operations (GFO) and client interaction. We are the key operational and technical architects guiding our clients through their onboarding, migration, and digital transformation journeys.
