Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group in Ireland seeks an entry-level Analyst – Fund Operations to support the funds order lifecycle. You will handle trade placements, settlements and client inquiries within a client-focused team, learning essential controls and processes in a busy operations environment.

With full training provided, you will engage across corporate actions, reconciliations and post-trade activities, while developing expertise in the funds industry and contributing to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Trade and transfer placement and settlement.
• Investigate cash proceeds to client accounts.
• Monitor client orders to ensure timely settlement.
• Corporate Action execution and settlement.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks.
• Provide service excellence in client interactions.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, fund administrators and third parties.
• Support process improvements and automation ideas.
• Contribute to project work and uphold company culture.
