Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group in Ireland is seeking an Analyst - Fund Operations to join a Client Team handling the funds order lifecycle. You will receive comprehensive training and support while performing trade placement, settlements, reconciliations, and client queries in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• The Client role is an entry level position with full training provided encompassing a wide range of tasks including:
• Experience in fund operations tasks such as trade lifecycle activities and client support environments.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly in a busy team setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork across internal departments and clients.

Responsibilities

• Trade and transfer placement and settlement
• Investigation and application of cash proceeds to client account
• Monitoring and follow up of client order to ensure timely settlement
• Corporate Action execution and settlement
• Investigation of reconciliation breaks
• Provide and drive service excellence in all interactions with our Client
