Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group's CFCL Cork, Pre- & Post-Trading, Clearstream Fund Services, Vestima Execution Support team is seeking a dedicated contact for Clearstream’s clients on Investment Funds operations. You will help reduce risk and enhance client experience by ensuring accuracy, precision, and strong client relationships, with full training and cross-training.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies, Financial Services, or other related qualification is a benefit.
• Administration experience, preferably in a financial environment.
• Service orientation with excellent telephone, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst handling an extensive amount of phone calls to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. German and/or French will be desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Clients and Transfer Agents using our automated order routing system Vestima.
• Investigate order failures and rejections and successfully replace deals before fund cut off.
• Ensure positive outcomes in all aspects of the Fund order cycle, i.e. missing contract notes, cash and stock settlement
• Work closely together with the different Investment Funds teams in different locations.
• Support any other tasks related to IFS projects.
