Job summary

Drivalia in Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Operations professional to support the end-to-end vehicle procurement and delivery process. You will help manage orders, coordinate vehicle fit-out, and ensure timely deliveries in collaboration with suppliers and customers.

This role requires strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills as you monitor delivery timelines, registrations, and reporting to management, while working with internal teams to meet customer objectives

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end order management process from order placement to end-user delivery.
• Negotiate and monitor discounts to maximise value where volume is high.
• Coordinate vehicle fit-out requirements with third-party suppliers.
• Monitor delivery dates to ensure timelines and customer expectations are met.
• Manage vehicle registrations in line with arrival dates and contract end dates.
• Collaborate with customers, drivers and suppliers to deliver vehicles on time.
• Coordinate returns with Drivalia in conjunction with new deliveries.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers and participate in meetings.
• Systematically manage tasks to enable accurate reporting and automated communications.
• Plan and manage annual vehicle supply tendering processes.
• Regularly report to management on performance of the function.
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve business and customer objectives.
