You’ll support end-to-end vehicle procurement and delivery, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and help ensure on-time vehicle arrivals while developing stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of vehicle orders from placement through to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively manage delays.
• Support supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and value.
• Coordinate vehicle fit-outs with third-party providers.
• Oversee vehicle registrations in line with customer and contract requirements.
• Manage vehicle returns alongside new deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Track performance, maintain accurate systems, and support reporting.
• Assist in planning and delivery of annual vehicle supply tenders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer and business objectives are met.
