Job summary

Unum Ireland invites a UX Design Intern to work with experienced designers and researchers on real business challenges within Unum's digital transformation. You will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end design process from user research to testing and validation across web and mobile platforms.

You will learn to create journey maps, user flows and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to accessibility and design system initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in UX, Design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience with user research methods is a plus.
• Ability to create journey maps, user flows, personas, and wireframes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in user research activities (interviews, surveys, usability tests).
• Create journey maps, user flows, personas, wireframes and prototypes.
• Support the design and continuous improvement of digital experiences across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, product owners, developers and stakeholders.
