Job summary

You will partner with product managers and engineers, conduct discovery, translate findings into actionable design, and create wireframes, flows, and prototypes that align with Bentley's design system.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex enterprise (B2B) software.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, and design systems.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
• Prototyping and concept validation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand user needs and define product direction.
• Plan and conduct user research, interviews, and discovery activities.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design process.
• Participate in design critiques, concept reviews, and solution ideation.
• Validate solutions through usability testing and user feedback.
• Contribute to and champion Bentley's design system.
• Improve workflows across Bentley products and external platforms.
