Independent Search Solutions Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Surgical Field Sales Manager with 7–10 years in surgical sales to lead and grow a national team across Ireland.

You will travel 3–4 days per week to meet doctors, hospitals, and distributors, train the sales reps, and drive key account development on the Urology portfolio. The role requires strategic planning and a proven track record in growing hospital-based business.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years surgical sales experience.
• Track record of selling to consultant-level surgeons.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience in Urology devices is a major advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement training programs for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on a strategic business development plan with the Director of Sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee national sales plans and utilization of budget and resources.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
