• Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex programs.
• Strong GMP and regulatory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical ownership of the biologics program from tech transfer through lifecycle management.
• Provide floor-based technical support to resolve manufacturing issues and drive CAPA, investigations, and changes.
• Lead, coach and develop upstream scientists, engineers, and subteams with clear accountability and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Downstream, Quality, Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain and global partners to align priorities.
