• Lead a team of Downstream scientists overseeing scale-down model establishment and improvement studies.
• Oversee small-scale studies supporting technology transfer, facility fit, and lifecycle changes.
• Provide technical leadership for downstream purification, filtration, viral clearance, UF/DF, and formulation activities.
