Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Project Manager in Dublin to orchestrate end-to-end learning programs—from discovery through post-training evaluation. You’ll translate statements of work into high-impact learning experiences, coordinating with account executives, instructors, and clients to keep projects on time and on budget.

In this hybrid role, you’ll balance delivery quality, client satisfaction, and profitability, building scalable processes and trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in project/program management and 4+ years in customer engagement or customer success.
• PMP certification is not required, but preferred.
• AI literacy is not required, but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end from discovery through post-training evaluation.
• Oversee the SOW execution and communicate evaluation scores to the client organization.
• Participate in pre-sale discovery calls with sales, clients, instructors, as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of the delivery process to build scalable processes and infrastructure.
• Act as an expert in technical training delivery for the client and sales teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure projects are scoped accurately and resources are available.
