Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Project Manager in Dublin to orchestrate end-to-end learning programs—from discovery through post-training evaluation. You’ll translate statements of work into high-impact learning experiences, coordinating with account executives, instructors, and clients to keep projects on time and on budget.

In this hybrid role, you’ll balance delivery quality, client satisfaction, and profitability, building scalable processes and trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in project/program management and 4+ years in customer engagement or customer success.
• PMP certification is not required, but preferred.
• AI literacy is not required, but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end from discovery through post-training evaluation.
• Oversee the SOW execution and communicate evaluation scores to the client organization.
• Participate in pre-sale discovery calls with sales, clients, instructors, as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of the delivery process to build scalable processes and infrastructure.
• Act as an expert in technical training delivery for the client and sales teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure projects are scoped accurately and resources are available.

As Project Manager, you'll be the orchestrator turning statements of work into real, high-impact learning experiences: from a single instructor-led class to year-long, multi-technology academies that transform how entire organizations build skills. You'll own delivery end-to-end (discovery through post-training evaluation) partnering closely with Account Executives, instructors, and clients to make sure every program lands on time, on budget, and above expectations. It's part project management, part relationship-building, part technical fluency, with real accountability for quality, satisfaction, and profitability. What you’ll do:

• Accountable for the successful delivery of any project or program, measured by quality and satisfaction scores
• Oversee the entire delivery process, from the execution of the SOW through communication of evaluation scores to the client organization
• Participate in pre-sale discovery calls with sales, clients, instructors, as needed
• Drive the continuous improvement of the delivery process to help build scalable processes and infrastructure
• Act as an expert in technical training delivery for the client and sales teams
• Continually meet deadlines for all tasks associated with assigned projects and clients
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure projects and programs are scoped accurately and the required resources are available and prepared for delivery
• Partner with internal teams to communicate upcoming technology and resource needs to support adequate staffing
• Work with the client and instructor to determine tech set up requirements and organize cloud-based solutions
• Actively manage ongoing client projects and programs with weekly calls, quarterly business reviews, and technical training plans and schedules spanning from weeks to a full year
• Project budgetary and profitability responsibility
• Build relationships with clients in order to inspire confidence in ability to execute high-quality programs

Experience you’ll bring:

• Experience in project/program management
• Ability to organize workload, and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects at one time
• Experience with facilitation and conflict resolution
• Ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

PMP certification is not required, but preferred AI Literacy is not required, but preferred Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years professional experience in project/program management 4+ years customer engagement or customer success experience

Hybrid Work Model:

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
