Pluralsight is seeking a Senior IT Service Engineer in Dublin to ensure employee and conference room uptime, manage hardware inventory, and troubleshoot devices and software. You will mentor and train Deskside Support and IT Service Engineers, helping colleagues realize their potential with technology.

Job Description

An IT Service Engineer helps employees at Pluralsight realize their potential with the technology available. On a day-to-day basis, a Senior IT Service Engineer could help someone with an Excel issue and then with a conference room problem or a myriad of things between the two. They also provide mentoring and training to Deskside Support and IT Service Engineers. They ensure our technologies work in harmony with each employee.

Requirements

Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
