Responsibilities

• Operations Management: oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, scheduling, and inventory.
• Guest Experience: maintain service excellence and address guest feedback promptly.
• Recruit, train, and supervise front‑of‑house staff (servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders).
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and coach team members.
• Monitor and control operating costs (labor, food, beverage) to optimise profitability.
• Implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including upselling and promotions.
• Quality Assurance: ensure high‑quality cuisine/beverages and maintain cleanliness and ambiance.
