Lever, Inc. is seeking an English to Ukrainian Review Lead for UI, Marketing & Product Content. This remote freelance role focuses on localization quality governance across content types, with calibration, coaching, and client stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead quality standards, analyze requirements, and drive improvements with a global team, delivering measurable outcomes and ongoing collaboration. This is a part-time, remote engagement based in Ireland.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) or a closely related role.
• Experience as a senior language lead or quality governance professional.
• Strong experience serving as primary contact for client Language Managers and handling escalations.
• Familiarity with localization evaluation frameworks (RQE, LQE) and error rubrics.
• Ability to interpret style guides and apply quality tolerances across marketing, UI, and legal content.

• Define and maintain quality standards for English-to-Ukrainian content across UI, marketing, product, and support.
• Review client requirements, style guides, and glossary updates and document changes.
• Monitor feedback and arbitration decisions, ensuring practical expectations are reflected in work.
• Lead calibration roundtables and publish monthly quality reports with findings and improvements.
• Coach reviewers, run shadowing sessions, and tailor training from data insights.
• Develop evidence-based style guide proposals and share insights with the quality team.
• Manage client communication as the linguistic point of contact and track expectations.
• Oversee arbitration quality and ensure well-documented evidence for decisions.
• Monitor review service scores and audit results, tracking error patterns and severity trends.
• Support continuous improvement by reducing recurring quality discrepancies.
