Smartling is seeking a Localisation Project Manager (Localisation Operations Specialist) based in Ireland to own end-to-end localisation for enterprise clients. You will serve as the operational contact and trusted advisor, balancing precision with strong client relationships in a remote-first environment.

• 2–3 years of localisation/project management experience.
• Solid understanding of localisation file formats, content types, and CAT/TMS tooling.
• Strong client management skills and ability to lead calls.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (Jira, Asana, Looker, Sheets).
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams across engineering, QA, and vendor management.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple time zones.
• Fluency in at least one additional language preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the client’s embedded localisation operations expert and primary operational contact.
• Build and nurture stakeholder relationships across accounts and internal teams.
• Design and optimise localisation processes within Smartling’s platform and tools.
• Oversee end-to-end job lifecycle and tailor configurations per client needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leverage automation and AI where applicable.
