Job summary

TP group in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Multi Channel - Quality Expert Reviewer who is an experienced content moderator and a Ukrainian speaker. The role is fully office-based with 40-hour weeks, starting shifts between 7am and 10pm, and a 4-week on-site training in Dublin.

Permanent, onsite position offering healthcare, pension contributions, and annual leave. Applicants must have right to work in Ireland and clear background checks will be required for ongoing employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in content moderation and review
• Ukrainian language proficiency and cultural awareness

Responsibilities

• Support quality review of client workflows including content moderation
• Perform ID review and authenticity checks and handle escalations
• Contribute to QA of HERO and DOI workflows with regional context
