Vision33, a leading SAP global partner, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our UK/Ireland practice. You will identify and qualify high-quality leads, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and showcase the value of SAP and Vision33’s managed services.

You will engage with prospective clients, attend industry events, and use AI-powered tools to accelerate the pipeline while building relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–3 years in B2B sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with CRM/marketing tools and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth in the UK market.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build demand across digital channels.
• Ensure smooth lead handoff to Senior Account Executives and feedback loops to improve conversions.
• Identify buying signals via AI tools, digital advertising, email campaigns, and social channels.
• Analyze industry and sales metrics to build relationships with potential clients.
• Utilize AI-powered sales tools to manage KPIs and improve conversion rates.
• Support the Sales Team with data and cross-functional collaboration.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate sales leads.
