Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Turkish bilingual Inside Sales Representative to support the Education business across the EMEA region. You will identify opportunities, engage schools and higher education institutions, and drive pipeline through outbound campaigns.

The role requires outbound selling, consultative engagement, and CRM-driven activity tracking. It offers onsite work in Dublin, with a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong communication skills.
1+ years in business development, inside sales, account management, or new business sales.
Experience managing outbound prospecting and generating qualified opportunities.
Ability to build relationships and meet pipeline, revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prospect schools, colleges, universities, and education institutions across EMEA.
Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn to generate opportunities.
Conduct discovery to understand challenges and technology needs.
Deliver presentations and demos tailored to customer requirements.
Identify new opportunities and cross-sell within existing accounts.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and update CRM with activity and forecasts.
Meet activity, pipeline, and revenue targets; participate in pipeline reviews.
