Job summary

MarketStar is seeking an Arabic bilingual Inside Sales Representative to support education sector clients across the EMEA region. The role emphasizes new business development, prospecting, and pipeline growth within schools and universities.

The successful candidate will manage outbound campaigns, conduct discovery calls, and deliver tailored product demonstrations. Onsite in Leopardstown, Dublin 18, with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Business Development, Inside Sales, Account Management, or New Business Sales.
• Experience managing outbound prospecting activities and generating qualified opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and influence decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage schools, colleges, universities, and other education institutions across assigned EMEA markets.
• Execute outbound sales campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels to generate qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, objectives, and technology needs.
• Deliver compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell within existing accounts.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and progress opportunities through the cycle.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets and forecast in CRM.
